Title: Anybody have Super Puzzle Fighter for Saturn and a scanner?

The other day I picked up a used copy of Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo (US version) for Saturn, but it doesn't have the back insert in the case. I was wondering if anyone here could provide me with a scan of the back insert so I can at least print one off and my Saturn shelf won't look like it's missing a tooth. Thanks!

I looked around and found a site that specializes in Saturn case scans! They don't have the US scan for Super Puzzle Fighter, but they do have the UK scan (black spine... though with a little photoshop you could easily make it white).
