So i needed an extension for my PCE. After doing a little shopping around, monoprice had the best deal with shipping. After waiting a bit, The cable arrived today . . . However, excitement turned to disappointment. The wrong 7 pin cable stared back at me when I went to take the cable out and try it out.
hopefully it'll be resolved easily. (although I don't want to ship it back across the country and all)
Anyone else ever have an issue. Just wondering.

I never ordered from them as their shipping to Australia was ridiculous, close to $30!
I grabbed one for $6 landed from eBay and it works great, and is a little longer than the monoprice cables.

I just ordered 4 of these, and had the same issue. Haven't had a chance to try t work out a solution from them, but it would cost more to ship the cables back than what they cost.

yeah I'm having the same issue, it's going to cost more to ship back.

Ones from retrogamecave are the best!

Never had a problem unless they have a bad batch all of sudden.

I haven't had alot of problems with their stuff, but twice when I got defective items they were replaced quickly and without issue.

I've ordered from monoprice many times over the years (including getting extension cables for my Duo) and I've never had problems with them. Perhaps they've changed their cable?
I take that back, I ordered 5 or 6 ethernet cables from them once and one of them was doa, but for what it cost, it wasn't that big a deal to me. (It would have cost more to return the cable)
