Title: Turbo duo cd lid
Post by: Tegus93 on October 03, 2016, 01:17:50 PM
Hello, newbie question  here. I was wondering if when I press  the cd eject button for the lid. Should it pop all the way up or should I have to use my finger nail to lift it. If it broken how hard is it to fix. Thx

It should only pop up slightly. Maybe about half an inch. Just enough that you then use you finger to lift it up all the way.

What Keith said.

Once or twice I've run into an issue with a unit that had a cracked screw receiver, and the previous owner cranked it down so the unit would close up, carving it in there. If the front right screw is too tight, the drive can not pop up at all, it will just pop, stay in place, and you have to lift it up all the way.
