does anyone know if there's supposed to be a component in spot j801? it's pretty easy to spot on the board... does this affect turbo and 6 button functions if missing?  because i'm missing it and can't use these functions through the tap. thanks

well, looked at two boards , none have anything there. anyone had problems using 6 btn func. and turbo with a duorx controller and turbo tap?

all that is really going to go bad with a Duo tap is the pins have gone bad. Look at the connector end. Do any of the pins look shorter, like they got pushed in? All the pins should be at the same level.

yeah the pins are all level, plus the tap is new...one of them. both set of pins look good ,so do the pins on the controller. thanks
