I think Retro Zone sells USB adapters so you can use turbo pads on
your PC. (If you didn't already find that from your Google search.)

I checked retro zone. They only sell kits like this: http://www.retrousb.com/product_info.php?cPath=25&products_id=51
I might get this and make my own usb connector.

Yea, I'm gonna give it a shot though. I'm not to bad at soldering. I'll post results after I get the parts.

I want an adapter for TG-16 controllers on the NES as well as the Master System.

I use the retrousb with Magic Engine and Otake.
