Anyone nearby going this year?

Last year, got a good deal on a Turbo Duo with 2 controllers when I traded my Japanese White Saturn. They also had a good deal on Super Grafx boxed ($150ish) I wish I would have picked it up then. I might even volunteer this year and setup 5 player Bomberman 93!

If you go and they have another one Supergrafx for that price, pick it up.  I will reimburse you.

I plan to bring at least $200 this year if not more so yes if I see a Super Grafx I will get it for you. For the prices they got there, they are pretty reasonable and a good portion of the time beat ebay prices wholeheartedly. Hell, if you got kids under the age of 10, they get in for FREE. :) Its not even that far away from a hotel (we got a room for like $50 a night and a decent room too) and of course they have a really cool bar called Ground Kontrol (arcade games galore!) and if you show your pass from the convention, you get a free meal and half off beers! Anyway, yeah I'll definitely be doing some shopping for myself and get a list of things to get you guys.

Damn, Oregon is all the way on the other side of the freaking country from me! I've been looking for a US Turbo Duo for quite some time too. Oh well...

Have fun, BigusSchmuck! Let us know what you find

I've bought three Turbo Duo systems from right here in these forums.  Two of which were boxed units.  Keep an eye out and post WTB threads.  Also get with folks like keith courage.  He usually has systems on hand, so he might have one.

Seriously, if I could aquire a US Turbo Duo, I would raffle off my PC Engine Duo.  Ive wanted one since they were released... I even sent away for and recieved the Turbo Duo promo VHS tape. Man, I used to watch that thing like 10x a day when I was a kid! Wonder if its buried in my parents basement somewhere

I usually see Turbo Duo WTB threads, but noticed they mostly go ignored. I guess it doesnt hurt to try!
