I didn't buy it, but I probably would've paid the $15 just to get it and see what's on it.

That case is classic, Id've paid a tenner for the case alone.  Hopefully the tape makes it to YouTube in less than a week.
I'm busy playing pinball, but I still drop by to visit.

anybody from PCEFX?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/TURBO-GRAFX-16-RARE-point-of-sale-VHS-tape-TG16/111067903882?_trksid=p2045573.m2042&_trkparms=aid=111000&algo=REC.CURRENT&ao=1&asc=27&meid=7503648057355861848&pid=100033&prg=1011&rk=1&sd=111067903882&

I don't know, but I'd sure like to see it.

Even if it is a dubbed copy, I'd pay $15 to see the contents. I'm wondering if it simply recycles other TG-16 promo material  (that we have already seen), or if it has some unique content. Either way, I'm curious. I remember watching a video at Toys-R-Us back in the day (next to a playable demo unit...the demo usually--always?--had Blazing Lazers at the location I went to).

I can't for the life of me remember the contents of the video, though. If I had to guess: it was a loop of tv commercials, but the only thing I would have focused on, as a kid, would have been the game footage. We were so desperate to see game footage back in the day...I forget how frustrating it was to live pre-interwebbers.

I don't have that one, but I do have two other promo tapes.  One is the Lords of Thunder one.  I just randomly got it in the mail and have no idea why it was sent.  The other is an older Turbo Graphx promo video.  It's not a super old one since it has Cosmic Fantasy 2 on it.  I am also curious to see what is on the video.

Nice, hopefully it will surface.
I pinged the seller and asked if he had digitized it prior to listing.  He said he was going to "try" before he mailed it out, but wasn't sure he had the means to do it.
On a side note, I picked up one of those Dazzle video dongle/converters for some old VHS skate vids I have.  Works good, but it's a slow process.  Came with good vid editing software for the newbie (me!).
