S-Video & region mod for TG16?

Hello everyone. I'm fairly new around here, but I've been lurking the boards for a couple of weeks. I have a TG16 coming in the mail, and I'd really like to get an s-video and region mod done on it, preferably at the same time. What should I expect to pay for these services? Since I'm new, I don't really want to go PMing people out of the blue, so could anyone point me in the direction of someone who could do these for me? Or, if you're a person who can, let me know? Thanks in advance! I'm really excited to play with it, it's one of the few systems I've never actually seen in person, let alone played.

I've done the s-video mod on the pc engine (probably also works on the turbografx but I've never had a turbografx to test it out):

The region thing is a royal pain don't think I'd want to bother with it unless I got my hands on those chips that let you wire it into one simple switch.  Thesteve seems to be the go-to guy, I'm not sure if he takes commissions, keith courage may also be able to help you out.  I'm fairly new here myself, only picked up my first pc engine a week or so ago.

I have had thesteve do many mods for me. He has also installed the switchless region mod in my gt. Top quality work. Pm him. If he's to busy, Bluebmw, keith courage, apolloboy, and duo-r are other options. All of them are well respected here.

Haha apolloboy has used my mods.  He nicely asks me if he can offer them for sale (you don't need to ask when I release the schematic(s) for free).  But I appreciate that he asks anyway.
