Can a Turbo Duo controller work in a PC Engine Duo system?

I'm still on the hunt for a PC Engine Duo controller. A controller for a Turbo Duo popped up on eBay for a good enough price, but need to know if I can use the Turbo Duo controller in my PC Engine Duo system. I know my TG16 controllers are too big to fit.
