Otaku's Store RGB modification service
« on: September 02, 2012, 04:30:14 AM »

Has anyone had service performed on their PCE?

It seems like fairly good value considering the price they want for the RGB amp - which I admit is fairly expensive alone.

It's like 19 euro more on top to get the chip installed (and tested I'd assume!), 8 pin DIN installed and an RGB SCART cable.

 O:)

Does indeed. I've asked him via eBay if that includes return postage and what are turn around times like.

I know how he feels.  I'm currently backed up with a lot of commissions which will take me months to find the spare time to finish.

So what exactly does this mod do? Do you need a SCART port on your TV?

The specific one I'm after is a simple RGB mod.

The guy is French so I'm assuming he'll sort it out to Peritel/SCART standards.

You can tell from his mancave that he does good work. As seen in this vid.
