Hell yes, easily playable. You will have no problems. You need to switch between three characters in Valis III, and they added a "slide" move. That's all you need to know.

yeah, got it on genesis, good, but i know the TG can do it better, what with CD audio and all.

I have played both Genny and TG-CD versions of Valis III.

TG-CD is sweetness.
