The Japanese ReadMe for PCEP just needs a good translator is the thing. The instructions are right there, and I was at least able to verify the track file naming aspect to the problem with it, which was key. I ran some of the text through the known popular machine translation sites, but as usual, you're only gonna get worthless Engrish.
