I'm trying to avoid simple carbs right now cos they's no good.
Simple carbs are only useful right after an intense workout. I add "bad" carbs to my whey shakes everyday

What's that Este?  Just normal tea?

Anyway, I'm big on oats.  There's not much good in cereals, even some wholegrain like cheerios.  I'm trying to avoid simple carbs right now cos they's no good.

(for soop: That's not soda in the Coke bottle--that is my backup coffee. black, delicious coffee. MY COFFEE RESERVE. )

I always add some heavy weight milk powder and dextrose to my post werkout whey shake.

I just got a bunch of whey protein from a buddy.  Have to admit, I don't really like the taste, but I might make some of these:

Also, I just started up a jar of the stuff in the first post (maple syrup and blueberry) so we'll see how that goes.  I got cherries and chocolate too.

I am currently enjoying an early breakfast of cold coffee. I want to brew a fresh pot, but the grinder will be too loud and possibly wake up the entire house.

So, if necessary, I'll have to make tea once my coffee reserves are depleted (soon. too soon).
