Sample TG-16?

What do you guys make of the following?  Claims to be A NEC TG-16 used at shows and events to promote upcoming games/the system.

BT: Look at how the fake SFII' carts instantly sold out and were immediately listed on eBay before the flippers even took possession. Look at Nintendo's overpriced bricks. Look at the typical forum discussions elsewhere.

it may be (or is) a sample unit, but I wouldn't call this out a whole prototype. It may not even differ much to the retail version, except the different stickers put on the back.

I'm curious about the internals, but I don't want it for the silky price it will bid up to.

I'm sure it's a standard system.  It even has the FCC ID info. molded into the case.
