PCE Shmups countdown: 111/111 (all clear!!)
Sega does what Nintendon't, but only NEC does better than both together!^^

Useless fact, so a bunch of characters in SF2 WW, 2', Turbo, and Super could dizzy you, then land a combo on you while dizzy that will dizzy you again.  The SNES and Genesis ports took that out while the PCE SF2' remains the only old console port that included the re-dizzy combos.
Current want list:  Bomberman 93

Ah, Gamefan, definately my fave mag of that era. Still have 'em kicking around somewhere.
Definately my fave version of SFII and that's after getting the 'hyper-fighting' pcb, it's the version that tought me how to actually play the game.
I remember that the buttons on the arcade were reversed (?) top 3 for kicks and bottom 3 for punches. Or was that my local lazy arcade operator?

Anyway, regarding the scans, weren't some mags guilty of cut and pasting the Japanese gaming mags with rough translations? (possibly why the articles were lacking in any meat)
As seen in the supposed Strider previews.
