Are you getting rid or shockman and Dead Moon box because you have doubles?
Shockman is a triple. I auctioned off one copy here already and this is my last one, so I'm looking to trade it. The Dead Moon box I'm trading because I don't want it. I'm not into collecting boxes. It includes the plastic tray.
Shipping from USA to Canada is crazy cheap. USPS is the best way to go. You can ship it for $4 insured with tracking. Comparing USPS to Canada Post isn't possible. Canada Post is stuck in the stone ages as far as services and pricing. You have to deal with Customs, but there is a total of one form to fill out.
Whenever I ship from Canada to the USA I ship it as a gift, marked it "used", (example: Video Games [Used]), and I don't exaggerate the declared value so the receiver doesn't have to pay any excess taxes or duty (if any).
Recently I had a seller ship me some stuff from the USA. On the Customs documents he put "Video Game Console". Canada Customs didn't inspect the shipment, they simply classified it as (and I'm quoting here) a "XBOX360" and I paid duty on it as if it was new. Yes, I could have fought this, but the amount of taxes and duty wasn't worth the aggravation. I'm sure if it had been marked "Used" they would have inspected it and I probably wouldn't have had to pay taxes and duty on a 20 year old system.
