I bought one of the ones Keith Courage linked to.  This one, http://www.ebay.com/itm/130355418641?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649  and it came today.  Looks really nice, and works perfectly.  Just thought I would share in case anyone wanted to get one.  :)

Yep, from the same seller too.  Just got to his store, and search Poly.  He has at least one more.

OK, quick update.  I have been using this cable with no issues at all.  BUT, today I decided to plug in the Turbo EverDrive, and although it navigates the menu itself just fine, once you load a game and start it, there are serious issues.  Buttons don't respond, have a delay in responding, ect..  Unplugged it and disconnected the extension, and the TE worked like it should.  So...for some reason, the TE does not like extensions at all.  I seem to remember it also happening with other extensions I used, but i thought it was my controller as it was not as severe.  Maybe it is some sort of power issue or something.  I have no clue as to why the extension would work just fine with all my CD games, but have issues with the TE.
