next step is check if everything is getting power
a quick walk across the card slot pins with a logic probe will often find the issue
some games will have sound as long as the W-RAM CPU and data bus is good, so try several games

logic is simply pulses between VCC 5V and ground
a good connection will always be pulled high, pulled low or pulsed
anytime you dont have 1 of the 3 conditions on a data or address pin it means you have a broken connection
