ALWAYS:
Black coffee
Two bananas

TIME-PERMITTING:
Hummus (hot & spicy) or tabbouleh with literally anything (celery, cucumber, pita, bagel, baguette, etc.)

Jalapeño bagel, toasted, with sliced tofu and tomato + hummus/tabbouleh

Marinated sweet chili tofu (squares)

Groats (porridge-like peasant food from Ukraine...akin to "gruel"...I love it)
  Are you a rabbit? lol

Eggs.  Either eggs with a side of meat (either bacon or sausage) or eggs in a low-carb tortilla with some melted jack cheese.   And coffee with heavy cream.

I used to eat cereal every day, but I was always hungry before lunch.  I stay satisfied if I eat protein and fat instead of carbs.

Grilled ham + cheese sandwich (sometimes on a french bread roll) plus a cup of orange juice. Or I simply buy one or two pães de queijo (cheese breads? this doesn't translate well) from the local bakery to eat when I'm in a hurry. Coffee with milk is common but I really don't like the taste of coffee so it's just juice or milk for me.

All this meat talk is alien to me hahah. Here's a recipe for my favourite breakfast food if you care and have access to the ingredients: http://southamericanfood.about.com/od/breads/r/paodequeijo.htm worth it if done properly, Punch Food Grade Authority 95+.

Maybe I should check out this bacon in the morning business someday. :-k

Usually just coffee or water.
I don't like eggs, so that immediately limits my selection of traditional breakfast fare.
