I would like to say $1, but unfortunately it's not graded, and is certainly not mint. Not even CIB, so you can't expect to get full market value. Also, Tobias's version comes with an inflatable george washington figurine and a special edition wallet to put the dollar in, so I am holding out for that. It's a basic 2009 NY Mint note. So its worth it's $1 value.

If it was a rare note from say a different year, rare serial number and issue then it could cost thousands of dollars.
