I haven't failed to say hello and chit chat a bit any time I've gone so far. But I've also missed it twice altogether because of bad timing with other plans or events.

Congrats! And condolences!   A great many good things lie ahead!  Free time is not one of them.

Truth!  Our situation last year was similar, but we already had our baby while looking for a new house.  It will be an amazing joy and awesome,  but also frustrating.  It all works out and will be a nice change in life.  Like Xele said the 3 month transition is hard, but once that child sleeps through the night you'll be in a better situation...till the kiddo starts walking.    Congrats on everything though.
