Virtual Boy using PC Engine Music?
« on: October 04, 2006, 08:33:31 AM »
Anyone else think that the Virtual Boy consoles game music sounds VERY similar to PC Engine/TG16 Hucard music.

I was just playing my VB today(Yes I own one!)  And It just dawned on me!  This sounds just like my Turbo Hucards.

So I hooked the sound Output to my Surround sound, and it truly sounds JUST LIKE TURBO MUSIC!!

Anyone have any specifics on this?
Anyone else got opionions?

I've noticed that some Sega Saturn system generated music sounds very similar to PCE PSG, but I've never really played a Virtual Boy before.

I tried all the emulators I could find, but only one actually worked and with no sound.
