Looking For a Japanese 360
« on: August 24, 2017, 04:35:38 AM »
Don't really trust eBay sellers on such a finicky console and also not a huge fan of eBay prices either. So I was hoping that maybe a member here that is in Japan would be willing to help me out. Might not be worth the trouble but wanted to ask.

I only need a working system. Don't need any controllers or cables.

Shipping is killer. I just patiently kept an eye on eBay until a cheap enough unit came up. In the end, I decided that I'd rather risk a used original model system than pay a premium for one of the later models.

Yeah shipping is going to suck. I'm willing to do budget options there but eBay sellers don't really want to of course, and I can understand why. The US sellers tend to bake Japanese shipping into the cost of the unit and I'd rather order from Japan than support some random a$$hole that imports systems in bulk.

As long as it's not the first motherboard I'm pretty much good with it. I'd even take one w/o HDMI. Of course, asking Japanese sellers to check what revision the console they have for sale hasn't yielded any responses yet which is also a big part of what drove me to make this thread.
