Dead of the Brain - CD Paperwork

Hi guys,

If my memory serves me well, somebody some time ago posted a complete scan of all DotB artwork from Booklet, Spine and Inlet.

Is it still online? Already tried the forum search, but I didn´t find anything. Wanted to make me a nice copy.
