Funny and candid auction of the three TV Sports titles.  I almost want to bid, even though I don't really want it.
U.S. Collection: 98% complete    157/161 titles

I can never help but laugh at those covers. What were they thinking?

Basketball is my favorite. Look at the expression on the guy's face. I ought to make that my new avatar.

Haha. That's hilarious. Very honest. But instead of the covers having the various athletes busting through the TV, the covers should be pissed off customers smashing their TV out of sheer frustration at how terrible these games are.

The covers are great - the covers are the best part.

Yay for honest auctioneers.

But how could NEC ever top their own "Takin' it to the hoop"?

You can buy them and remake your own labels for different games, like the later titles that didn't have cases. After all, legit cases are not easy to come by. Best way to get them is buy lots of Keith Courage or Tv sports titles.

TV Sports Basketball had its quirks, but once you got used to the control scheme, it was actually a pretty decent basketball game.  IMHO, better than Lakers vs. Celtics.  I spent many many hours playing that game in my youth.  I just loved playing with the Wizards against the evil Outlaws!  Who can forget Etherton draining 3's, Difalco attacking the basket, and Allnite Long crashing the boards...

The other TV Sports titles did not fare so well.  Football was no fun at all.  Hockey was a decent game, but was much inferior to EA Sports NHL.
