Cosmic Fantasy 2: Is this a good deal?

That is a damn good deal! Any new/sealed TurboGrafx-16 game for under $10 is a good deal. CF2 is a pretty cool game too. I was into it for a while but never finished it. I got killed in some castle when I was that chick. I need to return to this game now, I have the save file in my tanuki bank!

I picked up a copy of this from same guy for $7. Also got 2 Prince of Persia and a copy of Exile.. great prices!!

that's about right, these titles can be had for about $10 a pop sealed, got most of that with exception of the turbopad and Sim Earth (let me know how that game has aged).
