Looking for more jewel cases and manuals

I need jewel cases and manuals for the following PCE games:

*After Burner II
*Bomberman '94
*Final Soldier
*Momotarou Densetsu Turbo
*Ordyne
*Salamander
*Street Fighter II
*Super Star Soldier
*Victory Run

I prefer the sleeves to be included, and the foam block if it's still there. Cracked fronts are OK, since I can easily replace those.
