So, I'm heading in for shoulder surgery at the beginning of the year, and I'll need to put up a decent co-pay before I arrive. The unit comes with an AC adapter, controller, Cybermorph (w/ overlay), RF switch (if you ever need it), and a custom s-video/composite/audio cable.
