I am suspecting your breakout adapter if you want to send my way I can test it for you. If it needs to be rewired I can do that.

cool i will send it your way. Now if it gets rewired if i get another PAL scart cable will that cable work with the rewired adapter and the YUV converter as well?

yeah no problem. If either of you want send over the converter box, worst case scenario i can mod it to output audio if the breakout adapter doesnt work. i dont need an AC adapter, just the box.
