GAME - No sleeve - i recieved it without one - game itself in good shape
CASE - crack on front - it appears the previous owner was hard on his systems or game cases
MANUAL

$5 + SHIPPING, will go with cheapest option w/tracking, varies upon location.  Should be no more than $5 to USA.
