Hi Folks
I had an issue with my Core Grafx displaying horizontal bleeding via RGB. As seen with the whites here:
Looking around the web I noticed that some scarts have 200uf capacitors on the RGB lines, so I gave this a go.
http://members.optusnet.com.au/eviltim/gamescart/gamescart.htmThis fixed the bleeding issue, however the picture was washed out. So I had the great idea of trying some lower rated capacitors. The only ones I had were 10uf.
This is where things went wrong! With the 10uf caps the output flashed pink (no game displayed) and now that the caps have been removed I only get a flashing white screen. (caps were installed with correct parity)
Not sure why but it seems that the lower rated caps killed my Core Grafx :-(
Doh!
