That's Rot, he's a Neo Geo forum admin.  Funny dude but very serious for Neo Geo AES.  As he so eloquently put..."I got more carts than Jesus.  In that video he is pointing out that Metal Slug 2 is better than Metal SLug X which is simply a fixed version of Metal Slug 2 (SLOW DOWN) and different things changed in it.  They are both good but I prefer X.
