Very good but the good games get quite expensive.  Flashback, Final Fight, Sonic CD, and Echo to Dolphine are worth the price alone.  Earthworm Jim Specisl edition is a master piece and Kiao Flying Squadron rules as well.  I believe it is the most successful add-on to date save for the vcs adapter for coleco

There are some great games for the sega cd and some cheezey goodness as well like sewer shark and a lot of the digital video ones, it is my 3rd fav system out there next to the dreamcast and the tg16 .

I am a fan of sega cd too.  The final fight port is excellent and im a fan of batman returns.

I'd jump on that auction but it's a lot of disc-only and disc/manuals.
