If it's a local store, make sure you can test them all first in the store so that they're working.  Then bring a wad of cash along and use that to grease the deal for whatever price you think you can get.  Cash opens a lot of doors for negotiation compared to using a credit card.

I will note, a complete in case Samurai Ghost would set off an alarm for me because that one came in a box with a plastic tray if I remember correctly.  Not a chip case with sticker.

$300 would be a fair price as a lot.

thanks for all the feedback so far.  i was leaning toward the $400 range, although i'm pretty sure he won't go that low.  i didn't want to go to $500, but was tempted.

I wouldn't pay more than $300-$350 for that lot. Your upper range of $400 seems plenty fair to me... if the seller won't meet you there, you should tell him to stuff it and just pick up an Everdrive instead. 8)

Let 'em rot and waste space in dudes store. He'll drop his prices when he figures out no one buys turbo in the area...especially at ebay prices (why goto store when I can purchase my obey nekked in front of the 'puter?)

Only must haves to me are:

r type
raiden
military madness
parasol stars
aero blaster

I wont bother with prices b/c I live in the past...I'd put them all in the $10-20 range. If you "need" all 19 games @ $700, that's like $36 each.

$300 would be fair if they're in okay condition, up to $400 if they're in great shape.  Anything past that and you're paying individual auction eBay prices and not getting a break on prices for a lot.
