(8/7/2014 - 8/13/2014) Game of the Week: Fantasy Zone

I've been playing this some lately and have enjoyed it much more than I remember...

I keep getting beat by the snake-arm boss. I'm sure I'll figure out his pattern, then laugh at how easy it is, but right now he's shutting me down.

Fantasy Zone is adorable and pretty fun, I've only got the Tengen NES version so far though, I'm looking forward to the TurboGrafx version.
Better sound and graphics I'm assuming lol?

a good shooter game indeed. love the colorful graphics in it. I own it for the master system, famicom and tg16

Beat the pce version. Turbo version has extra lives.

I like the SMS version, but the replaced bosses are way too difficult!!

Loved this game on the SMS, and have the Turbografx version incoming as we speak.  I'm looking forward to trying to play through it with the kids this weekend if it arrives tomorrow.  I always thought it was cool to see little opa opa's feet come out to allow you to run about with you hit the ground.
