Hooked up the TG16 today and put in Keith Courage. My daughter is hooked!
She said it is kind of like Mario Brothers, only more awesome.

L'awesome.  Some of the platforming (underground levels) gets tricky in later levels, but the character designs, good control of mech and easy overworld levels make it a nice intro.

ACTUALLY IT IS THE CLASSICALLY PERFECT INTRO, since it was the pack-in.

Bravo.

That's really cool!  Our younger generation need to know and love classic games like we do.  You need to hook up Bonk's Adventure as well.  That game is more like Mario than Keith Courage.  I'm sure she would love it.

She actually likes playing bonk on the Wii vc. But I still want her to play it in the TG16 as well.

The color palate used in that game really shows off the system well IMO, I know it helped hook me back in the day. Good on you keeping the system alive in the family ;)

Yeah, my daughter came in when I was playing Bonk just about an hour ago and shouts BONK!
