This is a really hard question to answer. Many titles probably had an initial run and that was it. If any titles had additional manufacturing runs, it was going to be the early ones that proved popular, as they would have the longest to sell out and need re-printing.

Aside from that...

Keith Courage, obviously. But also Bonk's Adventure, since that was a pack-in. Ninja Spirit was a Duo pack-in for a while, so that probably had been made in larger numbers as well. I doubt it was made to pack-in, but rather made a pack-in because there were extras around. Beyond that, unless someone has manufacturing numbers, it's all guesswork.

Does anyone know if any HuCard, American and/or Japanese, sold at least 1 million?

Other than the sports games, Keith Courage and Blazing Lazers are the most common ones. I don't know if I'd qualify stuff like Dungeon Explorer or the first two Bonk's as "common", knowing how difficult is to find TG games. Most common of the system? Yes. Compared to others like Super Mario Bros and such? I'd say uncommon at best.

How about Exile and Cosmic Fantasy 2? There are still hundreds or thousands of old new stock out there.

One would think b/c they see TV Sports, Pac-Land or KC in the wild more, that those would be common. But we've had 20 plus years of obey sitting on shelves getting picked over. Only the game ppl pass are the ones we see. Launch titles have to be the most produced, that was when NEC had high hopes. The later releases had much lower runs b/c they did not want to get burned.

For PCE, any lot on YAJ or bulk deals always have the "Peach boy" Momotaro Densetsu HuCards. There has to be a tonne of those. And that Far East of Eden 2, I always see those at shops that do imports. I heard if was super popular, so everyone had a copy. Just imagine if it was the FF6(3) over here...selling for under $5 nowadays.

No, but it's better than TV Sports Soccer.
