Supposedly it is Gwendoline Christie (better known as Brienne of Tarth on Game of Thrones). Although she might be the apprentice rather than the main villain since Siths always come in pairs.

I haven't been following this - but I thought Luke was supposed to be the bad guy?

Looks neat, I've learn to hedge my anticipation on most reboots though.
