homebrew scene
« on: April 27, 2016, 09:35:07 AM »
I've seen 1 place that has homebrew games (aetherbyte) but are there others out there?  I like to see the new stuff coming out for the older systems.  I am definitely going to get Insanity at some point.  Looks like a lot of fun.

Aetherbyte, Eponasoft / Frozen Utopia, Mindrec, and BFG have all done physical releases, and there's a bunch of neat download only games and demos from various talented peeps.

Are you a developer, or just looking for new games to play? I am curious if people would buy roms, or only physical releases.

And that list doesn't even list 100% of what's in progress/under development.... :P

Interested in playing new games.  Interested in downloading the games, if free, and possibly buying some.  Do developers have their own websites or how do we find them?

The link necro posted is the most comprehensive list, then in the various forum threads some people have posted more.
