pc-engine extension adapters: PS/2 cables?

Hey everyone,
Are PS/2 extension cables for the computer compatible for use with the PC-Engine? Or are they wired or sized differently?
EDIT: Scratch that! Seems like these are really just MDIN8 cables (like the ones used on macs) and not the PS/2 kind. I guess that answers that question!

Won't work, PS/2 are 6 wires plus key tab. You need Macintosh serial cable from pre-USB Macs. They are common and monoprice used to have them (they are OOS atm, not sure if they will restock or not)
