PC Engine games downloadable to PS3?? What the?

I found this over at Magic Box

"Downloadable PSone, PS2, Mega Drive and PC-Engine games will not be available right at launch, they will be available at some point after launch."

Did I miss something?  When did they announce that there was even the possibility?  Copying Nintendo much :lol:
