Not sure if this was already discussed, but is there anyone making recreation yellow sponges / foams for the Jap HuCards? I would be interested in getting some. Thanks!

I toss the skanky ones and haven't been too concerned about replacing them (hueys stay put without foam anyway), but it's an interesting idea.  I'd think you could get sheets of foam from some place like hobby lobby and cut 'em down to size.

Yeah, I suppose trying out craft stores and whatnot. Trick is getting the correct thickness and color, etc. 'Cause, you know, O.C.D.....

Maybe it has been discussed already, but wouldn't all these new aftermarket vinyl sleeves have the same problem as the old ones? That is, over time (through no fault of your own), they become sticky and un-usable? Or was it something to do with the formulation they were using at the time? Personally, all of my HuCards are in card protector sleeves (The kind people use for board games or trading card games).
