And no there's no US version for em (not on the TCD, anyway).  They're both SCD games.

duh, that sad, those Xak games looks really good. I just felt on an english translation patch for Xak III. I wonder if both 1 & 2  have been translated too. !?

Interestingly enough, although you stated that it's not Neutopia, the first boss (easily reachable within 20 minutes) spits fireballs with minor homing ability. However, it's a dragon, not a medusa or any other kind of recognizable female adversary.

In my memory, the room was bigger, there was a red theme.. I think it was lava surrounding.. And the room was alot bigger.

The PAL version is a bit cheaper, and has a cleaned-up script (the american version is littered with typos and poorly structured sentences). Must be booted in 50Hz, however.

Ah, that 50Hz thing is a deal breaker unless I can find a Game Genie code to help me bypass that... just as long as the game doesn't run at warp speed as a result.

I don't know of any Medusa type bosses in Neutopia 3, & I don't know where one would fit, thought it'll be a great game
