Yeah, Chip Chase can eat me, never cared for him.  Btw, believe it or not, the company responsible for Go-bots in the US..........is now owned by Hasbro   I had no problem with the ebay thing, that's how the Decepticons found him.  I'd say part of the problem was Mike Bay directing it, the other problem was Hasbro letting him direct it ](*,)

Michael Bay's just a director. I think that Steven Spielberg was more rsponsible for ruining the movie.

I also think its crooked the way they gave it stereotypical action/sci fi trailers with deep voiced narration... when a more accurate advertisement would've included spiced in clips from the trailer for Baby Geniuses 2: Super Babies.

I seriously want to buy Transformers on dvd when it comes out to make some real trailers now. :P

Some clips of the Autobots talkin street and playing hide 'n seek in Sams backyard would go perfect with the narration of the Look Who's Talking trailers.

Who?

Anyways, I was thinking about it earlier.  I have lot's of TF shirts, but, atleast for awhile, I feel like I don't want to wear them.  I mean, yeah, I wore them to the movie, but, I feel like I'm a robot(pun intended?) just going along with the crowd.  Once some of the hype dies down, I'll go back to wearing my TF shirts(which is what I usually wear when just out n' about).  Once again I didn't hate it, but I'm not totally thrilled with it.

I hope, that the next series will somewhat enjoyable.  I know the new show coming in January is aimed at 7-11 year olds, but, I think that's what G1 was aimed at as well.  I know I'm not totally hip on the designs, with Optimus having a huge chin & broad sholders, more like Superman, but, the show itself, apparently will have alot of G1 references, & even has Susan Blu as Arcee(who played Arcee in G1).  Not to mention, Wierd Al is going to be a Garbage Truck in it(maybe a Junkion??).  I know it's supposed to be more of a super hero show, like Teen Titans(I'd prefer if it was more like Justice League personally if it has to be a super heroish show), but, I'm still going to give it a chance.  Who knows, maybe it'll be better then the last 4 series that came out in recent years, or maybe even better then Beast Machines.  I doubt it will be as good as Beast Wars or G1 which both have their strengths & weaknesses(though, I prefer G1 over everything else, if only for pure nostalgia).

I was originally hoping for a sequal to Beast Machines, that would "fix" Cybertron, & all it's inhabitants.  We never got Transtech, which, at the time, most of us didn't want, but, in hindsight, it might've been alot better then what we ended up getting(RiD, Armada, Energon, Cybertron).  And since Beast Wars & Machines continue the G1 universe, I'd like to see that continue if only for that reason.  Though, I'd actually also like to see a pre-Beast Wars series, when they were on Cybertron in their Cybertronian vehicle modes, instead of all animals.  They have done a little of that, with the new Beast Wars comics, & theirs a new mini series coming out soon, though, I'm gonna wait for the TPB.

Oh, & apparently, the new guy doing Starscream for the new cartoon, (who also plays Sponge Bob Square Pants) does a pretty damn good job at sounding like the original Starscream(Chris Latta), instead of the Vegeta wannabe that was in the more recent series!  Anyways, guess we'll find out if it's any good.  It's being made in NA this time around(like G1, BW, & BM), instead of in Japan(like all the other stuff), so, there's a chance it'll be decent.  For some reason, Anime & TF's, don't go together quite as well as one would think.  Sure, you see Trannies at Anime conventions, but, no company in Japan, has been able to make a decent cartoon of it, other then maybe the first few G1 shows in the late 80's like Headmasters, but I have yet to watch those.  Gotta get around to that sometime.

Be thankfully you don't have an exposed Transformers tattoo. I started getting harassed more frequently due to the new movie's profile by people who want to brag to me about how they have a single T-Shirt at home with an Autobot sign on it. :P

Since the film came out, I've already had a couple guys come up to me and start yelling about how awesome the new movie is(!). :|

If its not the same guy, then they should use the actor who played one of the main villians in Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust. He sounds exactly like Starscream with better acting/direction. :)

Me too, but, I still look at it, that this movie might help the Transformers brand in general, like we'll get more merchandise in the future, that'll be appealing to G1'ers.
