TG-16/CD and PC Engine Super System Card 3.0?

Will the PC Engine Super System Card work with the TG-16/CD or do I need a converter?

I don't own a TurboGrafx but as far as I know, you'll need an adapter for any japanese HuCard aswell as for any SystemCard.
