That just rules, and the fact that it's on cassette makes it even better!  I wish some games came on records (vinyl).  Or maybe 8-track!

I thought the early SNK games came on something similar to an 8-Track..

The closest I can think of is the Halcyon, which used CEDs!

Bump dat, Foolio. Even the Wiki tells you the CEDs were just for the prototype. The final version used the forum-fave-format, the LASERDISC. ^_^

The console failed because Thayer's Quest sucks.
