That's interesting, it looks like they actually offer ROMs for the TG-16 versions of their games available for free download. That would mean passing around TV Sports ROM files is completely legal.Thanks for the link.
I stumbled upon their website and it appears the company made T.V. Sports Boxing and T.V. Sports Baseball for the amiga. Also they did a sequel to It Came From The Desert for the amiga although it doesn't appear to have full motion video like the TG16CD game.http://www.cinemaware.com/vault.asp?vault=games

They probably can't claim any damages.

We can only speculate, but I think it would have been neat if Cinemaware had actually finished what they started.
