I'm selling these as a bundle for $110 shipped. The connectors on the PC-505 converter works w/ the system 3.0 card on my TG-16, but I don't have time to start collecting and playing all the SCD games that I want to. The system 3.0 card in excellent condition. The Lords of Thunder SCD has some wear on it, but it played fine. The SCD only comes with a generi CD holder. I do not want to sell these components separately, so please do not ask. I accept paypal, and items would be sent via USPS, insured with delivery confirmation. Check or money order would have to wait until payment clears until the items are sent. Please email me at celica91st@aol.com if interested.

I'd sell the converter on ebay, but it's prohibited... so that's why it's here. On ebay, my ID is fragmastah.
The converter is listed here: http://www.darkcityproductions.com/duo/newbies.shtml . It plays the Japanese Spec system 3.0 (CD-ROM2) just fine.

Well, I did a search on here for converters and one member had his auction cancelled because he was selling a converter. And technically, it is prohibited per eBay rules. Per Ebay's site: "Mod chips, game enhancers and boot discs are devices that enable domestic video game consoles to play backup or import versions of video games. These devices are not permitted on eBay."

http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/mod-chips.html

If no one takes it here, I'll go ahead and give ebay a shot.

Convertors just allow a game from another region to play.  It's not like you're selling roms/emulators.  There has been plenty sold on Ebay with no issue (same thing as the old school SFC/SNES bridges.  Seeing as the convertors don't allow play of backups, they should be free of this issue as all cd based games are region free.

Someone should snap that converter up.  It's definitely the best looking converter.  People are often confused because most pictures of it on the internet (darkcity, pcefx) don't include the cover.  I've always wanted one but I've ended up with a couple others and can't justify another purchase.
