And it is like a broken record, but is it any more of a broken record than you guys starting the ten billionth "so and so is an eBay scammer" thread?

The differences are your caustic responses and condescension towards other members.

No eBay seller can f*ck you guys over worse than you f*ck over yourself by paying $400 for a game. What difference does it make if one game on eBay may or may not have a scratch on it? At $400 you're clearly paying for prestige not functionality.

If you don't see the difference between receiving exactly what was expected and receiving something other than what was advertised, then you're a complete and utter fool.

I did all this cool fun stuff, got out and met people and had real experiences. I could have stayed at home and clicked "Buy It Now" on some lame-ass video games, and the only story I would have had would about the thrilling time I had trying to track down the f*cking cardboard box that goes along with it.

And this is exactly why you sound like such a tired, bitter clown.  Why are you so adamant that anyone that spends $400 on a game is either independently wealthy or nearly destitute and living in their parent's basement?  If you'd broaden your outlook just a tiny bit, you might see that quite a few people land somewhere between those two extremes.

By all means blow your money. All of it. You can't take it will you so live it up, but try to broaden your horizons for f*cks's sake. And always pay cash.

Spend your money, but only on Zeta approved items and activities.

And it is like a broken record, but is it any more of a broken record than you guys starting the ten billionth "so and so is an eBay scammer" thread? I mean, how many of those have we seen? And seriously, who cares? No eBay seller can f*ck you guys over worse than you f*ck over yourself by paying $400 for a game. What difference does it make if one game on eBay may or may not have a scratch on it? At $400 you're clearly paying for prestige not functionality.

Personally I really appreciate when others take the time to report a potentially shady seller. It does nothing but help everyone interested in buying PCE games, because buyers are more well-informed about seller behavior.

However, I can also say that I'm not really interested in trying new sellers. If I'm in a buying mood, I'll always go to Toshi first. He's earned my loyalty as a customer. I think that buying from him, you're generally going to pay a few extra bucks but your games are going to be well packed and backed with good follow up service. If Toshi can't get what I'm looking for, though, then I might look around a bit, and "buyer beware" threads only make me more prepared as a shopper.

Toshi is the man, I have spent my money on his games a great many times.  Once he even took down his Kaze Kiri auction for me and held it for me till I could pay him.  Was sealed and he gave me an awesome price ~$100 IIRC.
