no spine card, very decent shape. disk has a VERY tiny, tiny, tiny surface scratch that is BARELY noticeable and DOES NOT affect gameplay at all. game plays perfectly. the horizontal lines in the pic of the cover are the plasic bag the case is in, not the actual cover.

There is no protection for a buyer at all with a money order. You might as well put cash in an envelope and mail it.

ugh... that is a kick myself awesome price rock.  I am in super saver mode right now with a big trip coming up in three weeks.  I've got no spare $$ at the moment.
